Creators are prohibited from offering for sale any Merchandise that contains content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. Operator reserves the right to remove any Merchandise from the Marketplace that violates this provision.

Termination

Operator may terminate this Agreement and Creators' use of the Marketplace at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Creators may terminate this Agreement by closing their account on the Marketplace. Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve Creators of their obligations to fulfil any outstanding orders for Merchandise.

Limitation of Liability

Operator shall not be liable to Creators or any third party for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Marketplace.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tamilnadu India, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.
