  • Payments must be made through our secure payment gateways. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days, and delivery timelines vary based on location.
  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues) are beyond our control.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Re-shipping charges apply for returned orders due to incorrect addresses.

5. No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for any purchased products.
  • In case of damaged or wrong products, we will provide a replacement (refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy).

6. Returns & Replacements

  • Only defective or incorrect products are eligible for replacement.
  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving the product with supporting images.
